Buzz Bootcamp at the Park

Join us for another fun, hour-long Buzz Bootcamp workout session with Pledge To Fitness trainers at Evelyn's Park! We'll meet on the Great Lawn, Thurs., June 15 at 6:30 p.m. 

This free class will include: 

• 15-minute Warm Up
• 15-minute Stretch and Corrective Exercise portion
• 25-minute Targeted Workout 
• 5-minute Cool Down

No need to RSVP - just join us and bring a positive attitude! 

Water will be provided. Please bring your own yoga mat, though there will be extras for rental. 

The bootcamp is hosted by The Buzz Magazines in collaboration with Evelyn's Park Conservancy and Pledge To Fitness.
