The Houston Downtown Management District kicks off the Cinco de Mayo festivities at Market Square Park on Saturday, May 5, 2018. Guests can enjoy a concert in the park and dance along to live music from Houston favorite Los Skarnales. DJ Pachuco Boogie Sound System will keep the crowds grooving while they shop from East End Studio Gallery and play their favorite lawn games. Local eatery La Calle will be serving fresh grilled elote and fruits with chile y limon, Niko Niko’s will serve ice cold cerveza, and guests are encouraged to bring blankets and chairs for lounging on the lawn.

After the concert, neighborhood bars and restaurants will continue the celebration with specials on festive fare.
