Comicpalooza

Comicpalooza is a unique, multi-format pop culture event, owned by the Greater Houston Convention and Visitors Bureau, that features hours of diverse, interactive programming that spans anime, comic books, cosplay, gaming, literature along with kid’s activities, entertainment and more.

Comicpalooza continues to build its bionic line-up with the announcement of popular sci-fi actors, Robert Patrick and Edward James Olmos. Anime guests include Demon Slayer voice actor Zack Aguilar and My Hero Academia voice actors David Matranga, Emily Neves, Justin Cook, Christopher Wehkamp, and Trina Nishimura. Celebrity guests include The Magicians Hale Appleman and Summer Bishil; All Elite Wrestling Adam Cole and Adam Page and so many more!

Uplifting and inspiring fellow con-goers from all walks of life, Comicpalooza will be the hub of all things pop-culture and entertainment. Festivities will kick-off Friday night with the inaugural Comicpalooza Launch Night. Into the weekend, fans will have plenty to do with programming panels covering an array of fandoms and topics. Meanwhile, exhibitors will share their diverse collection of handmade goods, art and collectibles, and unique special attractions will intrigue curious attendees. Sci-fi fans will have plenty to discover throughout the show including fan-favorite 501st Legion who will showcase an assortment of authentic Star Wars props and costumes, and Mech Corps who will give fans the ability to pilot and battle a robot in simulation pods. Exhibitors like Gallery Panda will offer exclusive designs from a variety of genres on crystal clear acrylic that’ll be sure to light up any e-gaming setup. While Tee Turtle will showcase their cute, nerdy tees and accessories and Jewelry Brands will show-off their remarkable array of pop-culture branded jewelry, pins, and other accessories all highlighting a variety of sci-fi fandoms.
