Extinct is in! Unearth an exciting day of gargantuan proportions with walking dinosaurs. Don’t miss a prehistoric day of dino-mite fun as we dig up the past and learn about the clues prehistoric giants left us. Get ready for a throwback because we are sending you to the Jurassic Period as walking dinosaurs will roam the earth once again.

18th Annual Π (Pi) Day and 13thAnnual Π Pi Day Pi(e) Fight
March 14 is π(Pi) Day and it’s also Albert Einstein’s birthday! Children’s Museum Houston is where the original international π (Pi) Day sensation started nearly 20-years ago and it has caught on ever since! Come and celebrate the infinite, non-repeating number 3.14… as we close our street to duke it out in a messy, Pi(e)-induced commotion during our 13th Annual Shaving Cream Pi(e)Fight. Get tossed into the π (Pi)Day celebration at 1:59 p.m. (1.59 because the numbers follow 3.14159) and get ready for a fun-filled day of all things π (Pi) including pudding pies and circle art.
And don’t miss our highly trained, science-crazed educators are demoing some of the best "don't try this at home" experiments as we play with color explosions. You won't want to miss this Instagram-worthy content and a hula hoop performance by Mad About Hoops.

Spider-Verse Collision
Our spidey senses are tingling! Get tangled in a web of excitement as the Spider-Man multiverse collides during Destination Celebration. Join Peter Parker, Miles Morales, Spider-Gwen and more and participate in the Spidey-web villain take down relay. Then, join local artist Christian Navarrete as he shows you how to design an action-packed comic book.

Under The Big Top
Mixing comedy and suspense with athleticism! You won’t believe your eyes as Cirque La Vie performs their daring, beautiful and dynamic awe-inspiring stunts. Plus, circus performance artist, and prop balancer and manipulator, Mr. Cirque is at the Museum to show off his jaw-dropping juggling skills!

Glow Hard or Glow Home
Be in for an eye-catching spectacle. Join our vividly colorful party where neon colors and glow-in-the-dark stick figures will illuminate brightly under UV black lights as we dance to the beats of DJ Ferbidden. Plus, be blown away by a spectacular glow-in-the-dark hula hoop performance and learn a few tricks from local hula hoop master, Amy Neel.
