Diwali at Musaafer
Musaafer, the dazzling Indian Galleria eatery, has debuted a new menu comprised of seven dishes and decadent desserts in celebration of Diwali, a 5-day national Indian holiday known as the festival of lights centered around food, fireworks, colored sand and special lightworks.
For the second year in a row, Executive Chef Mayank Iswal and Pastry Chef Ruchit Harneja collaborated on a menu inspired by Rangoli, traditional Indian folk-art popular during the Diwali season. Dishes are plated using custom-molds and designs referencing the artwork and patterns to highlight the symbolism behind India's most celebrated holiday.
