The Epicurean Project

Presented by Martin Preferred Foods, The Epicurean Project is a first-of-its-kind culinary think tank, incubator and arbitrator on what’s hot in the world of food. Martin Preferred Foods will bring together Houston chefs to show off what’s new, what’s to eat and what’s to know.

This is not your typical “foodie event,” rather it’s a college of chefs that will gather for one night to showcase food and menu ideas that will set future trends, while sharing ideas, insights and techniques with invited guests and the media. Findings will be published the day of the event to the media.

Martin Preferred Foods is known for offering an extensive selection of unique and exclusive specialty food products, including the finest specialty meats, wild game, fresh seafood, fine and domestic and imported cheeses, pastry ingredients, European-style breads, butters and pâtés, domestic and imported bacon, ham and charcuterie, organic products, olive oils, truffles, caviar and so much more. The Epicurean Project promises to showcase the chefs' passion for their craft, the finest ingredients and memorable presentation. A limited number of tickets at $50 each will be sold to preserve an interactive atmosphere with chefs.

A portion of the proceeds from the event will benefit The Houston Food Bank.
