Family Day at Rienzi “Shakespeare Everywhere”

Rienzi collaborates with the Houston Shakespeare Festival (HSF) to host a Family Day in celebration of HSF’s upcoming 50th anniversary at Miller Outdoor Theatre. This event spotlights Rienzi’s Collection and Shakespeare Second Folio. The HSF presents a variety of Shakespeare activities throughout Rienzi’s house and gardens. Enjoy cookies and lemonade, while they last!

Highlights:

1 p.m.–4:30 p.m. | Art-making activity: Create your own quill pen with HSF teaching artists.
1 p.m.–5 p.m. | Self-guided tours: Enjoy Rienzi at your own pace, and chat with docents in the galleries.
1:30 p.m.–2 p.m. | Children’s Shakespeare workshop led by HSF teaching artists.
2:30 p.m. | Spotlight talk on the Shakespeare Second Folio.
3 p.m. | “Share your Shakespeare.”
