Baby Boot Camp Houston (West) offers Strollfit classes for moms and babies every month. These free classes are designed to help moms get fit while providing fun interaction with their children and help moms lose weight, build strength and make friends with other moms.

Classes are held inside the mall on the first and third Fridays of each month from 9:30 -10:30 a.m.
