At a legal clinic, applicants meet with a licensed Texas attorney one-on-one and receive free legal advice on the issue. The clinic is open to Hurricane Harvey affected people.

Individuals needing continued representation beyond the legal advice clinic generally must be residents of the Harris County area and have a household income of no greater than 300% of Federal Poverty Guidelines.
