Houston Caribbean Festival at Independence Park

Independence Park is hosting a Caribbean Festival and Parade of the Bands for all ages to enjoy. There will be colorful costumes and passionate performances from Samba dancers, Reggae Bands, stilt walkers, live music, and much more.
