Houston Junior Woman's Club's 35th Annual Holiday Happening

Houston Junior Woman’s Club will hold its 35th annual Holiday Happening fundraising luncheon and style show on Oct 22, 2018. Doors will open at 10 a.m. at the Royal Sonesta Houston Galleria, allowing guests to shop for handmade holiday gifts and gift baskets prior to the luncheon. Houston Junior Woman’s Club will honor Origin Bank during Holiday Happening 2018.

Over the last 35 years, HJWC has raised in excess of $5.9 million for local children’s charities. This year the funds raised by HJWC will benefit Bayou Bend Collection and Gardens of the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, Ronald McDonald House Houston, Texas Children’s Cancer Center at Texas Children’s Hospital, and other local children’s charities.

Holiday Happening 2018 will feature a Live Auction, Silent Auction, and Big Board, as well as a “Holiday Market” where gift baskets and a wide array of handcrafted gift items can be purchased. Elizabeth Anthony’s exquisite winter and holiday fashions will be featured during the style show.
