Iron Sommelier 2022 Presented by AUTOSOL

Houston’s premier wine tasting competition is back in-person and better than ever! On November 9, the city’s finest sommeliers will be put to the test for the title of Iron Sommelier.

Benefitting The Periwinkle Foundation, guests are invited to a private setting at The Post Oak Hotel at Uptown Houston. Competing sommeliers will select three wines which focus on a particular wine region, grape or style, and a panel of judges will rate wine choice, presentation, creativity, and knowledge of their wine selections. Sommeliers will be judged by our Master Sommelier judges.

Underwriters will have the opportunity to vote for the Underwriter Room Award while all guests may cast their “corks” for the People’s Choice Award. In addition, underwriters will be served additional rare wines paired with dinner. All guests will have access to an exciting wine pull, auction, raffle, and children’s art sales.
