Jazzy Sundays in Buffalo Bayou Park

Bring your picnic blankets and lawn chairs to The Water Works in Buffalo Bayou Park in May and early June for an afternoon of family-friendly live music celebrating the rich tradition of jazz and the incredible Houstonians who preserve the artform.

Buffalo Bayou Partnership is teaming up with Emancipation Park Conservancy and Discovery Green Conservancy to bring you Jazzy Sundays, a series of free, outdoor jazz concert made possible by a grant from the Kinder Foundation.

Schedule: 

    May 11, 5-7 p.m.: MonoNeon and APBOYZ
    May 18, 5-7 p.m.: Bobby Lyle and Patric Johnston
    May 25, 5-7 p.m.: Lao Tizer Band with Tareon Gully and Houston Groove Society
    June 1, 5-7 p.m.: Charly Siaba and Los Souldees
