JDRF Houston One Walk

The JDRF Greater Houston Chapter invites the Houston community to unite for their annual One Walk event in the battle against Type 1 Diabetes. One Walk is a yearly event that aims to raise awareness and funds to advance research, enable advocacy and provide financial support for the 1.45 million Americans living with Type 1 Diabetes (TD1).

The event will commence on Saturday, November 4th at the Houston Sports Park, and start with a parade to celebrate loved ones living with Type 1 Diabetes. Following the parade, the opening ceremony will kick off the 2.1 mile walk around the Houston Sports Park. Beyond the walk, participants can look forward to a diverse array of activities, including a fun zone, petting zoo, face painting, inflatables, a game truck and so much more.
