Ready to knock out type 1? Join the JDRF Houston Gulf Coast Chapter as they lace up their sneakers and walk to raise awareness and support for type 1 diabetes. This year’s theme, “Team Type 1”, is inspired by the unity and resilience often displayed by the city’s athletic heroes, much like those living with and caring for the autoimmune disease. Lexicon Pharmaceuticals will present the 2.2-mile route on Saturday, November 3rd at NRG Stadium.
