Joe Biden, as part of his American Promise Tour, will make a stop at the Smart Financial Centre in Sugar Land on Dec. 7, 8 p.m. Join for an hour-long conversation with award-winning producer and journalist Maria Shriver, focusing on his new memoir, PROMISE ME, DAD: A Year of Hope, Hardship, and Purpose.
