Julia Child Award 10th Anniversary: An Ode to Houston's Iconic Food and Drinks
Join the Julia Child Foundation for Gastronomy and the Culinary Arts and the Smithsonian's National Museum of American History to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the Julia Child Award, Feb. 8, 2024 at at the Historic Eldorado Ballroom. The evening starts with cocktails at 6 p.m. followed by dinner at 7 p.m. The evening includes a 3-course dinner and live music by student musicians from the Kinder HSPVA Jazz Program. Party attire; capacity limited.
This is the first event in a cross-country series throughout 2024 celebrating the 10th anniversary of the Julia Child Award in past recipients' hometowns. The series will raise critical funds for the Smithsonian Food History Project at the National Museum of American History.
