Knife Sharpening at Savory Spice Shop

Professional Japanese Knife Sharpener Bill Carlile will be at our shop on the first Saturday of each month (this month he will be here on the 14th due to a previous commitment - we apologize for this inconvenience) to provide you with professional knife sharpening services. A dull knife is more dangerous than a sharp knife! So, if you are a professional chef, a home cook, or even a BBQ enthusiast, and you need your knives sharpened, stop by on the 14th to get them sharpened by a professional.

Mechanical sharpening is always just $6 for any knife and serrated blades are just $3 more. Bill will be hand sharpening fine chef knives and others as well.
