Le Brunch du Jardinier
Indulge in a meal to remember this holiday season at Le Jardinier. On Saturday, December 2 and Sunday, December 3, The Bastion Collection’s culinary director and Michelin-starred chef Alain Verzeroli joins protégé chef de cuisine Felipe Botero for the “Le Brunch du Jardin,” for two luxurious four-course brunches spotlighting seasonal delicacies like black and white truffles and caviar. The elegant menu includes:
First course: Slightly smoked Ora King salmon, croustillant potato, wasabi cream and Royal Kaluga caviar (paired with Gosset Grand Rose Brut)
Second course options: AOP gruyere cheese souffle, winter mushroom coulis and shaved truffle (paired with Gosset Reserve Brut)
Third course: Wagyu beef bavette, celeriac macaroni gratinated, fried organic egg and truffle sabayon (paired with Gosset Blanc de Blanc Brut)
Fourth course: Chestnut mont-blanc flavored with dark rum and hot chocolate sauce (paired with Gosset Petite Douceur Rose Extra Dry)
