Lemonade Day, Best of the Zest - Kids Pitch Event

Does your child's lemonade stand business have what it takes to be the Best of the Zest? Have them apply to be a participant for the Best of the Zest Business Pitch Competition.

Children may register as an individual or as a team. Children will create a business pitch or commercial for their business (maximum of 2 minutes in length). Your child is trying to sell an investor or sponsor on why his or her lemonade business is the Best of the Zest. Include your child's brand and plan for his or her business from the lessons covered within the My Lemonade Day app. Prizes awarded to 1st, 2nd, 3rd Place. Please register by emailing [email protected]. Details on the contest will then be emailed to you.

This is one of many activities that will build towards the excitement for the city-wide Lemonade Day weekend, May 7 and 8, 2022. Children, grades K-8, can register today to participate in Lemonade Day Houston for free with the help of an adult mentor. Supporting parents or mentors sign the children up for the program, guide them, and encourage them through each lesson. They receive access to the Lemonade Day curriculum that teaches them step-by-step how to start, own, and operate a real-life business- a lemonade stand.
