Love Bugs & Love Bites
On Friday, February 14, 2020, The John P. McGovern Museum of Health and Medical Science will host the first-of-its-kind culinary event featuring crickets as the centerpiece of a chef-prepared three-course Valentine’s Day feast fit for two! Love Bugs & Love Bites, as this special event is affectionately named, will feature a three-course meal prepared by Chef David Cordua, Aspire, and Chef Jason Hayes all utilizing one of the most sustainable proteins on the planet – crickets.
The Health Museum’s Love Bugs & Love Bites a Valentine’s Day feast fit for foodies will take place from 6-10 p.m. with cocktail hour from 6-7 p.m. and dinner seating beginning at 7 p.m. This event will feature a cricket and non-cricket option with each course, optional wine pairings, cocktails and music.
