Memorial Sinfonia's TMEA Preview Concert

Memorial Sinfonia, under the direction of Danielle Prontka and Matthew Chan, has been honored by the Texas Music Educators Association with an invitation to perform at its Clinic/Convention held in San Antonio, February 10, 2022. An invitation from TMEA represents one of the highest level of recognition in music education and is only achieved through intense dedication and collaboration of every student and director involved.

The Memorial Orchestra program has a long-standing heritage of excellence in making music and building student character. The Memorial Sinfonia, comprised of 30 students, recently placed runner up at the National Orchestra Cup Competition in New York City. The community is invited to a free preview concert of the TMEA performance on Monday, February 7, 2022 at 7 p.m. in the Memorial High School Auditorium.
