Mom's Day of Pampering at West U

On Saturday, May 9, the city of West University Place Parks and Recreation Department will host its fifth annual Mom’s Spa Day. The moms of West U and their guests are invited to come out to Colonial Park Pool, 4130 Byron, from 9 a.m.to 11 a.m. to be pampered poolside.

Be sure to relax and indulge in well deserved massages, facials and more. Of course, you won’t want to miss the opportunity to win prizes such as gift baskets and gift cards from some of your favorite local businesses. Finally, cool off with a refreshing glass of cucumber water or champagne, and take a dip in the kid-free pool. Moms, you don’t want to miss this, in fact…you deserve this! Take the morning off from being a mom, and let us handle the rest. Although the event ends at 11 a.m., you can continue to enjoy a lazy afternoon at the pool as it will remain open until 7 p.m.

Registration is $10 for West U residents, $15 for non-resident guests (limit one per resident), and complimentary for Colonial Park Pool membership holders. For more information about registering for this event, please contact the Parks and Recreation Department at (713) 662-7420.
