National Night Out Kick-Off Party & Movie

The City of Bellaire will be hosting a national Night Out Kick Off Party in Bellaire Town Square. The Bellaire Police Department will be there to raise awareness for the Oct. 6th event. Come for the fun, food and games and stay for the Trolleywood movie: Guardians of the Galaxy!
