Pawtastic Howloween Pet Promenade Rice Village

Rice Village is hosting a human and pet costumed event Sunday, Oct. 28 that starts with a promenade around Rice Village. People and their pets will show off their dual costumes, outlandish pet wigs and try to get their dog to sing in Best Dog Crooner Contest. Donors to Houston Pets Alive receive a goodie bag.
