Rice Village District's 2018 Sing Off and Tree Lighting

Rice Village District is bringing back their hit a cappella competition, Sing Off, on Nov. 28, 2018 from 6-8 p.m. preceding the highly-anticipated tree lighting.

Emcee of the competition will be Bachelorette star, Luke Pell. Luke Pell is a native Texan originally from Vernon, TX and as a musician himself, he’s a perfect host for this event and he’ll be preforming during the judge’s deliberation. The competition will be judged by last year’s reigning champions, Space City Sound.

Four a cappella groups from across Houston - the Rice University Philharmonics, Grandmas’ Boyfriends, The Houston Tidelanders, and The Houston Horizons Chorus - will compete for first place.
