Scream on the Green

Visitors will have a spooky good time at Houston’s citywide costume contest and Halloween celebration for the whole family at Discovery Green, Oct. 27! There will be prizes, a movie, music, games and more! 

This year, the ghoulishly funny Hotel Transylvania 2 (PG) will be featured. Watch Dracula try to bring out the monster in his half human, half vampire grandson.
The schedule is as follows: 

- 6 p.m.: Play free games and win candy and prizes 
- 6:45 p.m.: Costume Contest registration opens (on Anheuser-Busch stage) 
-7 p.m.: Contest begins
-7:30 p.m.:Hotel Transylvania 2 begins 
-8 p.m.: Registration closes
