Southern Fried Chicken Festival

The Levy Park Conservancy is hosting the Southern Fried Chicken Festival. All ages are invited to join in the fun of this unique culinary event and proceeds from the festival will benefit Kiel Colon Cancer, a nonprofit organization founded to raise awareness and donations for colon cancer.

Talented Houston-area chefs and culinary artists will convene at the Southern Fried Chicken Festival to showcase their creative and flavorful fried chicken master pieces. There will be a chicken wing eating contest, a watermelon seed spitting competition and various live musical entertainment.
