Toulouse New Year’s Eve Dinner

Toulouse will offer New Year's Eve go-ers the regular menu and delicious specials to choose from including Diver Scallops Carpaccio served with pickled cucumber and sturgeon caviar cream fraiche, Classic Filet Mignon and Citrus-Butter Poached Lobster Tail Duo served with potato au gratin, green beans almandine, and béarnaise sauce, Colorado Elk Chop served with black berry port demi, wild mushrooms risotto, bouquetiere, and a Dark Chocolate and Orange Vacherin with crunchy meringue and berries. There will be a champagne toast at midnight.
