Vienna Boys Choir

The world-renowned Vienna Boys Choir’s 2017 exclusive Houston performance Saturday, Nov. 4tfor Brilliant will be 7:30 p.m. at Dunham Theater on the campus of HoustonBaptist University. These remarkable young men have delighted music-lovers across the globe with their purity of tone, distinctive charm, and a diverse repertoire encompassing Austrian folk songs and waltzes, classical masterpieces, medieval chant, and popular music.

Today there are 100 choristers from 30 different nations between the ages of ten and fourteen, divided into four touring choirs. Between them, the four choirs give around 300 concerts and performances each year in front of almost half a million people. Each group spends 9-11 weeks of the school year on tour. They visit virtually all European countries, and they are frequent guests in Asia, Australia and the Americas.
