WUP First Responder Appreciation & Public Safety Awareness Day

Show support and thanks to West University Place's Police and Fire Department personnel on Saturday, Nov. 19, 11 a.m.-2 p.m. The event will be held on the west end of Colonial Park at the newly redeveloped green space.

The event is free to the public and will include a hot dog or hamburger lunch with KONA ice snow cone for dessert, live music featuring the “Trey Clark Band,” a brief presentation honoring WUP first responders and the WUP Citizens-Emergency-Response-Team (CERT), caricature artist, face painting and balloon artist. In addition, Fire and Police Department personnel and various vehicles will be available for the public to engage and enjoy.
