Meena Dost was raised in Sacramento, Calif. and has called Houston home since 2019. After receiving a degree in finance and a Master of Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento, she worked for Deloitte and held many roles in California State Government. Meena left her decade-long career in State Government to move to Houston after marrying her husband, a native Houstonian. She has lived in Braes Heights since 2022 and would regularly read The West U Buzz to learn all about the neighborhood. After moving to Braes Heights, she joined the Braeswood Place Mom’s Club (BPMC), comprised of approximately 350 members, and currently holds the Treasurer position. Meena loves to travel, entertain and party plan, and try new restaurants and coffee shops around Houston with her husband and two young children. Meena has always loved reading print media and collected newspapers and magazines as a child, amassing a huge collection of her favorites. Joining The Buzz team brings it all full circle for her.
