Patrons at it again
The Patrons for Bellaire Parks will host some fun events this spring, including the second annual Raise Your Glass Party on March 4, 6:30-9:30 p.m., co-hosted by Beth Lemon and Andy Williamson. To attend, guests are asked to either bring a bottle of wine or whiskey or donate $50 at the door. The bottles and donations received at the party will be used during the next event, the eighth annual Wine and Tapas, for the cork pull and whiskey pull. The Wine and Tapas fundraising event will take place on April 30, 7-11 p.m., on the Great Lawn at Bellaire Town Square. Event co-chair Terry Leavitt-Chavez says Patrons for Bellaire Parks has raised over $1.5 million for neighborhood parks. Tickets to the fundraiser are available on the Patrons website and cost $100 per person if purchased by April 25, or $125 after.
