Blue Bird Circle Spring Luncheon

Ron Suskind, Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist and author of Life-Animated- A Story of Sidekicks, Heros and Autism will speak at the Blue Bird Circle Spring Luncheon. Luncheon Celebrates “Change is Good, Watch Us Grow." 

Ron Suskind takes us through his journey of his non-verbal son's journey of learning about life, language and emotion from animated characters. Little Owen defied the recommended intense, expensive therapies and became the little boy his mother and father longed to know.   

The net proceeds from the Blue Bird Circle Luncheon will contribute to advances in the treatment of autism which affects one in ten children and other genetic disorders.
