Molly, age 6, and Hannah, age 10

We’re the Golden Girls. I’m Molly (on the top), and the cute thing below me is my adopted big sister Hannah. We’re rescued Golden Retrievers. I’m a Southern belle from North Carolina – Mom adopted me four years ago while she was going to Duke for grad school. And, yes, we’re huge Blue Devils basketball fans. We moved to Houston in 2014 for something called a “job.” Last June, we drove to meet Hannah, who came from San Antonio via Golden Retriever Rescue of Houston, and she has become my best friend. We love going for walks on the Rice Loop, riding in the convertible with the breeze blowing through our fur, getting treats, chasing each other, dining al fresco in Rice Village and opening our monthly BarkBox. So. Many. Treats. Mom and Dad take us everywhere, and we love meeting new friends – especially tiny humans who like to pet us. Say hello if you see us out walking! And stay golden.
