Four fast days

Rhonda Lindholm and bestie Kelly McKinney made their second annual trip to the Grand Ole Opry, which is celebrating its 90th year of country-music concerts. They ate at Husk, where chef Sean Brock says, “If it doesn’t come from the South, it’s not coming through the door.” Another fave spot in Nashville is the famous honky tonk bar Tootsies Orchid Lounge, as well as Bar Luca, where they sipped Aperol Spritz. There was always time to regenerate with some yoga in Centennial Park after hearing singers Maggie Rose, Eric Paslay, Tara Thompson and Darryl Worley. Rhonda’s husband, Matt, held the fort down in Houston with the twin boys, Elliott and Cameron.
