Buzz Bootcamp at the Park

Start your morning off on the right foot! Join us for a fun, hour-long Buzz Bootcamp workout session with Pledge To Fitness trainers at Evelyn's Park. This free class will include:

• 15-minute Warm Up
• 15-minute Stretch and Corrective Exercise portion
• 25-minute Targeted Workout 
• 5-minute Cool Down

Meet at the yellow house at the park.

Water will be provided. Please bring your own yoga mat, though there will be extras for rental.

Class is limited to 45 people on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The bootcamp is hosted by The Buzz Magazines in collaboration with Evelyn’s Park, The Ivy & James Cafe, and Pledge to Fitness.
