Horn Elementary's Big Top Carnival

Horn Elementary's Big Top Carnival will take place at Horn on Sat., Nov. 4 and have teamed up with Kolter Elementary School in this year's event. One hundred percent of proceeds from bands purchased by Kolter families will go toward their school. Look forward to fun rides, a DJ, dancing, dinner and more.
