Bayou Bend Thanksgiving Family Day

The Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, presents Bayou Bend Family Day at Emancipation Park themed to “We the People: Our National Thanksgiving.” The free event relocates from the historic Bayou Bend Collection and Gardens to Emancipation Park for a special afternoon of performances, activities, games, and demonstrations celebrating the autumn season, history, and Houston civic pride. Visitors can enjoy hands-on art-making projects, demonstrations by local artisans, and a performance by drummer Joseph Dixon.
