Wedding bells

Sarah Toups Young wed Christopher Young during a beautiful outdoor ceremony at The Four Seasons Austin. Family and friends gathered outside where the ceremony took place under a white tent. The tent was filled with chandeliers, and floral garland cascaded from two large oak trees next to Lady Bird Lake. A 4-piece string quartet played during the ceremony. The reception followed inside the hotel ballroom, where guests enjoyed Southern comfort food like pulled pork quesadillas, pigs in a blanket and pork sliders. The band, Fried Ice Cream, kept guests out on the dance floor. The pair met in Austin while attending The University of Texas and dated for six years. Sarah is a surgical physician’s assistant and works for a cardiothoracic surgeon, and Chris works in real estate. They honeymooned in Italy along the Amalfi Coast.
