Snow fun
Andrew Dollinger, Kyle Economides and Layton Ball (pictured, from left) and other third graders from Briargrove Elementary performed in the third-grade winter program, led by longtimemusic teacher Bill Nave. The program is an annual tradition at the school and celebrates the holidays around the world. It culminated with a song about snow day, where the kids threw snowballs at the audience. They were excited when they woke up to real snow on the ground the next morning. Many believed that their singing helped make snow in Houston happen.
