Horn turns insects into art

Horn Elementary School students displayed their artwork at the Cockrell Butterfly Center at the Houston Museum of Natural Science. Art teacher Deborah Guelzow worked with students on different aspects of insect artwork. Young artists included Amalia Martinez, Franco Moll Asencio, Om Raj, Jeremiah Thomas, Millie Feldman, Miles Bonville, Millie Zhao, Drew Campbell, Chloe Lo, Luca Chang, Shai Rahimi, Aarushi Jain, Rafael Holodovsky, Ethan Forner, Alannah Taylor, JC Lou, Lavinia Grobler, Brayden Nguyen, Trey Coursey, Micah Harris, Lamson Tran, Chloe Thepsouvanh, Avery Vondenstein, Madeline Spielman and Emily Nugent.
