Since their romantic journey began when they met at the John Palmer Art Gallery and later at an art brunch, artist Chuck Redick proposed to Anika Jackson with a painting that said, “Marry Me?” Creativity flowed with a Friday Meet and Greet at Hotel Ylem with the Chef on the Run food truck, the wedding at LifeHTX on Saturday and a Sunday brunch at Bisong Art Gallery. An entire video wall at LifeHTX streamed photos of the couple’s life, symbols and Chuck’s art. And of course, brushed with love, instead of a guest book, a piece of Chuck’s wood art was painted by friends and family.
