Pearl, age 1

My name is Pearl. I have heard my face described as interesting and my ears as significant. I may sound like I am snoring even though I am wide awake. My mom thinks I am beautiful because she tells me so all the time. My favorite activities are posing for photos and gnawing on my human siblings’ tasty ears. My defining characteristic is my enthusiasm for life. When meeting new people or dogs, or even just saying good morning, I have been known to wag my tail so hard that my back paws leave the ground! Sometimes my dad says I need to “get my energy out.” On those evenings, you can find me at Condit schoolyard, running at supersonic speed in figure eights over and over – don’t ask me why – with a big doggy grin on my face. Some people ask if I am a Boxer puppy but, clearly, I am ALL Boston Terrier, and that’s final.
