Arthur Zarr’s Amazing Art Car Book Reading and Art Car Viewing

Cathey Nickell, author of Arthur Zarr’s Amazing Art Car, will read from her childern's book at Bellaire City Public Library on March 30. Vena Ashley will be at the event with her art car called "Chalkstang." The art car viewing will be take place from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. and the book reading is set for 11:30 a.m. inside the library.
