Market Square Park in Downtown Houston hosts its inaugural summer concert on Friday, May 10, 2019. The Austin-based soul funk band Tomar and the FCs headline an evening of live music, with an opening set by Kalu and the Electric Joint bringing their blend of psychedelic soul, rock and roll and African rhythms.

The event is free to attend and suitable for all ages. Outside alcohol is not allowed; food, beer and wine are available for purchase at Niko Niko’s.
