All eyes were on the ball at the Veritas Christian Academy middle school varsity volleyball game. Helena Arnold (pictured, left) and Tiara Gordon (pictured, middle) prepare to return the ball during a game in their undefeated season. For the first time in school history, the volleyball team completed a shut-out winning season with a 16-0 record and won the Greater Houston Athletic Conference championship. The girls also finished first in their division and eighth overall in the 2019 Bayou City Volleyball Tournament. Varsity champs are Ellie Veeningen, Audrey Finch, Kate Mueller, Eden Droog, Virginia Fairfield, Helena Arnold, Ava Farris, Tiara Gordon, Kara Thomas and Mikayla Villafuerte.
