Soccer players give back
Westbury Soccer Club players Jacob Lewis, Zaihao Zhang and Sam Patsch (pictured, from left) celebrate after winning their bracket at the 3rd Annual Westbury Soccer Small Goals Tournament and Toy Drive. In the 3 v 3 tournament, Westbury coaches create 3-player teams to form a competitive round robin for the club to come together for fun and to support the community. In addition to playing soccer on a beautiful afternoon, the players brought toys to donate for Pancho Claus and the Westbury Deck the Halls Parade organization. Pancho Claus distributes toys to needy children in the Houston area for Christmas. After the tournament, approximately 200 toys were delivered to Westbury Houston Fire Department, Station 48.
