Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo

The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo is the largest indoor livestock exhibition and rodeo in the world. The event, held at NRG Stadium, features championship rodeo action, livestock competitions, concerts, a carnival, pig racing, barbecue and the Rodeo Uncorked! The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo will host its first-ever Sensory Friendly Carnival Experience Thursday, March 5, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in select areas of the Rodeo carnival for guests with sensory processing differences. During this time, there will be minimal lights and sounds permitted in certain areas of The Junction and the main carnival area to provide an accommodating and positive experience for guests with sensory sensitivities or challenges.
