Art with heart

Three hundred supporters gathered for the opening reception of Memorial resident Joni Zavitsanos’ exhibit, My Father’s Daughter: Byzantine Art in the Modern World, at the Midtown Arts and Theater Center Houston. Guests admired the contemporary art while enjoying a spread of wines and charcuterie, featuring Greek treats to celebrate the heritage on display.
